PROST San Francisco was started in June 2022, just as the specter of Covid was lifting.
The first PROST Chapter for Northern California launched with immediate success.

Because of Covid, more luxury advisors are working from home and luxury travel suppliers are finding it difficult to make sales calls.
PROST is the answer.
Monthly events without an agenda allow luxury advisors to commune and network with each other as well as their luxury travel suppliers.

Networking without a product bias. Networking that leads to friendships, that leads to the best business!

Volunteer to join the 2025/2026 Board or nominate a fellow PSF Member you wish to see on the Board.

President
The face of the Board, the President acts as the rudder of the ship. It is the responsibility of the President to ensure monthly events are meaningful and beneficial to the Members. The President holds the Board Members accountable for their portfolio and is empowered to cast a tie breaking vote when necessary. PROST SF Presidents serve a 2-year term.

Vice President
The VP fills in when the President is unavailable. This seat is chosen by the President and the person holding this seat is groomed to be the next incoming President.

Secretary
The Secretary maintains the PROST SF website; uploading monthly events, monitoring RSVPs and Attendee lists, and manages the Gallery page. This seat also sends out notice of meetings for Board Members and keeps minutes of all Board meetings. The Secretary works closely with the Directors of Events and Communications to ensure all details are accurately relayed to PROST SF Members.

Treasurer
The Treasurer maintains the finances of the organization.

Director of Membership
The Director of Membership keeps an accurate record of members and maintains a list of interested parties in joining. This seat oversees the minimum requirement to maintain membership and also manages the waitlist for membership, presenting a monthly tally to the Board for approval.

Director of Events
The Director of Events liaises with host venues to secure monthly event space and secures potential sponsors to deliver more enhance the events.

Director of Communications
The Director of Communications sends out emailers to our Member distribution list as well as past Guests and Members of Other Prost Chapters who have attended our events. This role also manages our social media pages: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
